About the catalogue
HoneySculpt sells products. Product photographs, descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability are provided to help you decide. Colours and small details may look different across screens. A product page or message from the shop is the best source for current stock and price.
Orders and availability
Adding an item to a cart, wishlist, or WhatsApp message does not guarantee that it is reserved. An order is confirmed only after the shop confirms the item, total, payment method, and delivery details with you. We may correct an obvious catalogue or pricing error before confirming an order.
Payment and delivery
Payment instructions and delivery options are confirmed for each order. Where online payment is enabled, payment may be processed by Paystack or another named payment provider. Delivery timing and cost depend on the destination, item availability, and the arrangement confirmed at checkout.
Product care
Follow the manufacturer care, handling, and age guidance supplied with each product.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a request, contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or the contact page. Whether a change is possible depends on order status, payment status, stock, and delivery arrangements.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or analytics, copy catalogue content in bulk, or use the site for unlawful activity.
